The basic stamp is from the original printing (genuine!) there is a genuine overprint &#8211; most likely a &#8220;2&#8221; and a nice and clean part of the Karaklis-Erivan a cancel (also genuine). With the ink to the border of the picture and the manually inked 20 its value is zero.
